The University of Turku is putting out to tender a development partner for a partnership management system (CRM). Initially, the university's Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform partnership management system will be implemented with the partner, after which the cooperation will continue in a mutually agreed manner. The University of Turku is putting out to tender a development partner for a partnership management system (CRM). Initially, the university's Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform partnership management system will be implemented with the partner, after which the cooperation will continue in a mutually agreed manner. In this tendering process, a CRM product is not procured, but it is procured through a different route.

The aim of the university's partnership management project is to gather information about the University of Turku's partners and stakeholder cooperation into a single user-friendly system and to create rules for the joint utilisation of contact capital. In this way, a more cohesive and professional image of the university as a partner is conveyed to the partners. Automations and workflows free up working time for more productive work, and decision-making processes are supported by comprehensive, reliable and up-to-date reporting on partners and stakeholder cooperation. In addition, compliance with data protection requirements is ensured.

We ask suppliers to submit a quote in accordance with the attached attachments. In order to submit a tender, please fill in the information requested, in particular in Annex 12. Solution Descriptions Response Form, 13. Delivery plan response form and 14. Tender breakdown tables.

The offer must be binding for at least 6 months. The cooperation will begin with a three-stage commissioning delivery. If the University of Turku is satisfied with the cooperation, a fixed-term or open-ended contract can be made for further development. The other options are specified in Appendix 14.
