Lot 5: Gardening and Maintenance of Green Areas is reserved for Social Initiative Special Employment Centres and Integration Enterprises regulated, respectively, in the consolidated text of the General Law on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and their Social Inclusion, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2013 of 29 November, and Law 44/2007, of 13 December, on the regulation of the system of insertion enterprises, which comply with the requirements laid down in said legislation in order to take this consideration.
