The tender is to establish a Framework Agreement for the supply of Diagnostic Service Solutions, which allows access for outsourcing reporting services for the benefit of the Public Sector Healthcare Organisations (“the Participating Authority(s)”). The agreement will be split into 4 lots:

Lot 1 - Radiology Reporting

Lot 2 - Pathology Reporting

Lot 3 - Pathology Referral Testing

Lot 4 - Mobile Diagnostic Imaging

The duration of the framework agreement will be 4 years maximum, 2 years initial period, with the option

to extend for up to 24 months.

The Tender is to establish a framework agreement for all outsource Dianostics services this includes Radiology reporting. To provide access to teleradiology services which will allow to support with backlogs, specialities and out of hours services.

The Tender is to establish a framework agreement for all outsource Dianostics services this includes Pathology Reporting. This covers all specimen types for diagnostic purposes, including the provision of logistics to collect specimens as required and provision of the diagnostic report, including connection into the relevant systems as required.

The Tender is to establish a framework agreement for all outsource Dianostics services this includes Referral Testing. Laboratory testing of any sample, this may include routine esoteric, toxicology, genetic and any other type of test.

Transport is to be provided.

I.T integration where required.

The Tender is to establish a framework agreement for all outsource Dianostics services this includes Mobile Diagnostic Imaging. The provision of all temporary mobile imaging equipment facilities for all modalities on customer sites outside of the main hospital departments. Diagnostic reporting should be included if required. Staffing needs to be included. Servicing and maintenance to be included.
