On behalf of Horsens Municipality, FIKM offers a dynamic purchasing system for plastic bags for food and textile waste. The tender specifications indicate which bags are in demand. The dynamic purchasing system contains two categories (indicated as lots in the notice). An applicant can choose to apply for admission to one or both categories and admission will be done separately. It should be noted that the only difference between the two categories is the award criterion. Therefore, applicants are encouraged to apply for admission in both categories. It is expected that bags will be purchased that cover an annual consumption for Horsens Municipality, so that the specific purchases are expected to occur annually.

For category 1, the most economically advantageous tender will be identified on the basis of the award criterion "price". Thus, an offer evaluation is carried out based on the annual prices associated with the purchase of plastic bags for food and textile waste for Horsens Municipality.
