Performing the function of Contract Engineer for tasks covered by the protection of classified information with the RESTRICTED and SECRET clause at the ŚWIDWIN airport.

The subject of the Agreement shall be performed in stages under which the Contractor undertakes,

in particular, to:

STAGE I – covers the period from the moment of submitting the complete Project Documentation (DP) for individual investment plans by the Contractor (planned period

from October 2023 – to February 2024 – for DP for tasks to the RESTRICTED clause; November 2023 for DP for the task with the SECRET clause) and lasts until the date of final acceptance of the DP for a given investment project, i.e. the meeting of the Project Evaluation Committee Investment (KOPI). At this stage, the contract engineer is required to have full, detailed knowledge of the project documentation of the investment. Design works are carried out by AMW Invest Sp. z o. o., Al. Jerozolimskie 97, 02-001 Warsaw;

STAGE II – selection of the Construction Works Contractor (WRB);

STAGE III – performing the multi-discipline function of the Investor's Supervision Inspector and management, coordination and control of compliance of construction works with the design documentation (in particular with the construction project), STWiOR, building permit, regulations, standards and principles of technical knowledge, provisions of the contract concluded with the RB Contractor, until the occupancy permit is obtained, and preparation of the procedure for final acceptance of construction works

and commissioning.

STAGE IV – final settlement of the task, in particular:

- preparation of documents necessary for the final settlement of tasks (works of each industry) and enabling the preparation by the Ordering Party of PT forms (transfer of a fixed asset),

- prepare a financial settlement within 30 days from the date of final acceptance of a given task based on the "Guidelines of the Head of the 17th TOL on the principles of preparing a settlement of investment and renovation tasks" introduced into application on 17.07.2022.

- participation in periodic warranty inspections within the deadlines specified by the Ordering Party, verification of defects reported by the Administrator and supervision of their correct removal;

The Contractor shall provide personnel for the implementation of the subject of the contract, meeting the requirements set by the Contracting Authority in the public procurement procedure for the selection of the Contract Engineer in terms of professional experience, construction qualifications and protection of classified information.
