“Non-medical medical service” part of the plant (lot 1) and of two parts of the mobile vaccination teams (lot 2) of the joint vaccination center of the district-free city of Landshut and the district of Landshut

The city of Landshut operates its vaccination center in cooperation with the Landshut district in the exhibition hall on the Landshut exhibition grounds at Niedermayerstraße 100, 84036 Landshut. The vaccination center is structured as follows:

Vaccination center fairground:

1. medical service (is taken over by the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians),

2. Administrative Service (is managed by the city. personnel taken over)

3. Non-medical medical service (is to be assigned by the contractor in the future

take over).

For the continuation of the vaccination center after the current contracts expire, a new tender is required due to the framework requirements “Continuation of the Bavarian vaccination strategy until 31.12.2022”. For implementation, the contractor is to be commissioned with the non-medical part of the vaccination center at the exhibition center (LOT 1).

Organizationally, the vaccination center is divided into the operation of a vaccination center and a mobile team. The mobile vaccination team is structured as follows:

1. Medical service (is taken over by the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians)

2. Administrative service (to be taken over by the contractor in the future)

3. Non-medical medical service (will also be to be provided by the contractor in the future)

In order to continue the mobile vaccination team after the current contracts expire, a new tender is required due to the framework requirements “Continuation of the Bavarian vaccination strategy until 31.12.2022”.

For implementation, the contractor is to be commissioned with the compilation, organization and deployment of the administration and non-medical personnel of the mobile vaccination teams (LOT 2).

The assignments are carried out in coordination with the administrative manager of the joint vaccination center in Landshut. The area of application covers the city and the district of Landshut.
