The Contract is for the provision of Consultant Team services to develop the design, administer the procurement process and provide Contract Administrator Services for the proposed Works. The Works will consist of the Refurbishment of Internal Room 4 within the Maternity Unit to accommodate the installation of a new Birthing Pool and overhead tracking hoist. Due to the specialist requirements, the Consultant Team must be capable of providing design services in relation to the provision of Mechanical and Electrical Services, Water Safety, and Fire Detection, together with Structural Engineering Services to determine the integrity of the existing supporting concrete floor slab.
