The aim is to provide assistance to Île-de-France Mobilités, the Organising Authority of Mobility (AOM) in Île-de-France, in the preparation and transfer of the competition procedure for the award of the contract to operate line 18 of the Grand Paris Express to a transport operator and a transitional management contract for the station Orly airport GPE over a period allowing its gradual opening and target operation by the future operator of line 18.
Lot 1: Legal assistance — short wording— part 1-1: the preparation and award of the competition procedure for the award of the contract for the operation of line 18 of the Grand Paris Express; and
— part 1-2: the award of the competition procedure for the award of a transitional management contract for the GPE station of Orly Aéroport.
Lot 2: Technical-economic assistance — short wording— part 1-1: the preparation and award of the competition procedure for the award of the contract for the operation of line 18 of the Grand Paris Express; and
— part 1-2: the award of the competition procedure for the award of a transitional management contract for the GPE station of Orly Aéroport.
The holder of lot 2 is coordinator on the procedure for tendering the contract for the operation of line 18 of the Grand Paris Express and the competitive procedure (s) for the transitional management of the above-mentioned Grand Paris Express stations. It is responsible for the proper integration of the elements brought by the holder of lot 1.
