As part of the renovation of the End of the World stadium in Magglingen, the outside area around the running tracks will also be renovated. The plastic covering surfaces of raceways 1-6 and the east and west segments as well as the edging are completely renewed. The foundation layers of lanes 2-5 are reinforced. In front of the sports hall, the embankment is planted with flower meadows and individual trees. A septic basin is created at the foot of the embankment. The existing pole vault facility will be moved to a new location. The career is supplemented by a further 7th career including adjustment of the locations of the measuring points along the career. A moat (steeple) is newly created on the inside of track 1. In front of the weight room, seat step elements and a new plastic covering create space for new outdoor devices. The areas east and west will be connected with new paved paths.
