The subject of the contract is the selection of financing partners providing services to the Contracting Authority consisting in the management of a detailed fund created for the purpose of granting loans referred to in Article 61e point 2 and Article 61ea of the Act of 20 April 2004 on employment promotion and market institutions (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 690, as amended).
