The framework agreement regulates works, services and supplies, with a prevalence of works pursuant to art. 28, of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and provides for the assignment of works, services and supplies for maintenance of the road body and its appurtenances, including services for winter accessibility, mowing vegetation along the quays, ordinary and extraordinary emergency maintenance, as well as the recovery of bituminous pavements. The maintenance interventions and the provision of services cannot be predetermined in number but will be identified by the contracting authority, during the course of the Framework Agreement.
