The subject of the contract is the service of granting a long-term loan up to PLN 19,600,000.00 to finance the deficit and repayment of previously incurred liabilities.

Loan period – from the date of conclusion of the agreement until 31 December 2033.

The loan will be disbursed by 30 December 2023 - based on the Ordering Party's instruction (sent electronically) sent no later than three days from the date of sending the instruction to activate the loan tranche.
