The Canton of Zurich Building Directorate, represented by the Building Construction Office, is organising a call for tenders for the allocation of architectural services for the partial repair of building E92 at the Büelrain Cantonal School in Winterthur.

We are looking for an overall manager (architect, planning and construction management, also possible ARGE) with experience in implementing repair measures under demanding conditions. Know-how in the field of school buildings is an advantage. The overall manager provides all necessary planning services in the areas of architecture, construction management/construction management and fire protection planning. Further services are awarded to a specialist planner/specialist selected by the building construction office. The overall manager should implement the project planning with a high level of architectural, structural and organizational competence and implement the construction project within the specifications regarding cost and schedule planning.
