1. The object of the order is the purchase and delivery of motor oils and operating fluids for business vehicles for KWP in Gorzów Wielkopolski.
2. Code CPV: 09211000-1 (lubricating oils and lubricants); 09211100-2 (motor oils), 24961000-8 (refrigeration fluids); 09211400-5 (oils for gears); 09211600-7 (oils for use in hydraulic systems and for other purposes); 09211650-2 (liquids ulcc).
3. Detailed scope of the item of the order includes Annex 1 to SWZ — Offer Form.
4. The procured assortment which is the subject of remission must be within the minimum parameters set out in Annex 1 to SWZ — Tender Form.
5. It is required that the range which is the subject of the order be delivered to factory new, defect free, admitted to the market and first grade, produced within a maximum of 12 months prior to the date of delivery, and have a minimum of 12 months of usefulness by counting from the day of its reception by the ordering authority.
1. The Contractor undertakes to deliver the item of the order in intact factory packaging.
2. The Contracting Authority shall require that the following information be placed on the packaging or label of the ordered assortment constituting the following:
(a) the name of the range;
(b) capacity;
(c) date of production;
(d) name of the manufacturer
3. The Contracting Authority shall require that the contractor at the latest on the first delivery of the assortment concerned provide a safety data sheet for a hazardous substance and a hazardous preparation in accordance with the Act of 25 February 2011 on chemicals and mixtures thereof (OJ 2020, item 2289).
4. The Contractor shall provide the Contractor with the Contractor with the Contractor free of charge, in writing, in Polish.
5. The Contractor shall deliver the ordered quantities of the assortment ordered at his own expense and risk, organised by his own transport, to the place of delivery indicated by the contracting authority.
6. The Contractor, in the course of the subject of the contract, is obliged to unload the supplied assortment on the target warehouse, by his own forces and at his own expense.
7. Delivery will be phased, as required by the contracting authority.
8. The Contractor undertakes to collect from the Contracting Authority the same quantity of consumable oil/other range of liquids and operating oils as regards the subject of the procution/delivery as it has provided to the Contracting Authority. The consumed packaging contractor will collect from the contracting authority for recycling. Recycling costs are borne by the contractor.
9. The Contractor undertakes to provide guarantees for oils delivered to the Contracting Authority under the terms laid down in Section 5 (3) and (4) of the Draft Agreement — Annex 5 to SWZ.
10. The order will include information on the quantity and type of assortment and an indication of the place of delivery.
11. Deadline for delivery of the item of the order/assortment directly to the place indicated by the contractor, within the time limit specified by the contractor in the tender up to 3 working days (bn.—pt., without Saturdays and Sundays and statutory holidays), from 8.00 to 14.00, counting from the date of the ordering person placing the order by phone or email. Delivery date is one of the criteria for assessing tenders and will be determined by the contractor in the offer form.
12. In justified cases (only at the request of the contracting authority), the collection of the assortment subject to the contract in person by the contracting authority.
13. The Contracting Authority specified in the tender form in Col. 4 the “Minimum Approval Required” that the assortment offered by the contractor in question must hold.
14. Place of delivery:
(a) Transport Service Station KWP 4 Wróblewskiego Street, Gorzów Wielkopolski;
b) Transport Service Station KWP 90 Batorego Street, Zielona Góra.
15. Detailed requirements for the implementation of the order, the timing and the payment rules shall include a draft contract — Annex 5 to the SWZ.
16. The Contractor must offer and fulfill the object of the contract in accordance with the requirements of the SWZ and its annexes.
17. All annexes to the SWZ are an integral part of it.
18. The anticipated quantities of the assortment set out in Annex 1 to SWZ, the tender form being the subject of the contract are estimated quantities. The Contracting Authority reserves the possibility of modifying the quantity of the assortment listed in Annex 1 to SWZ within the limits of the specified quantities of the individual assortment while maintaining the gross offer value offered by the contractor (gross contractual remuneration.
