The works mainly include:
- Breaking up existing concrete structures: floor slab and beams keel bank, scaffolding construction.
- The realization of anchored sheet piling at the front of the slipway.
- The realization of anchored sheet piling on the eastern side of the slipway.
- The realization of anchored sheet piling at the level of the toe of the slope in the Werfkaai.
- The realization of sheet piling in the Werfkaai as a foundation for storm walls that will be realized in the future.
- The necessary demolition works (relief construction existing quay wall, pavement in the Tijdok, concrete sheet piling and piles, concrete walkway, ...) in order to be able to carry out the new quay walls.
- The implementation of a new quay wall for the Tijdok as an anchored sheet piling with groutankers and ground-retaining walls (zones 1a, 1b) for the existing Danish quay wall.
- The implementation of a new slope in reinforced concrete (zones 2, 3a, 3b, 3c)
- The deepening of the dock to the new soil level -2.73 m T.A.W. (dredging depth 25 dm L.A.T.).
- Supplying and installing tubular steel piles for the basic infrastructure.
