The purpose of this contract is the rental of loading equipment (used or new) for two household waste treatment centers managed by Valor'Aisne located in Urvillers and Villeneuve Saint Germain.This contract is composed of 2 lots:-Lot 1: Rental of 3 telehandlers (2 in Urvillers and 1 in Villeneuve Saint Germain)-Lot 2: Rental of 3 frontal forklifts (2 in Urvillers and 1 in Villeneuve Saint Germain)For each lot, Valor'Aisne will insure the machines as part of its fleet insurance contract. This insurance will cover his civil liability for glass breakage. This insurance will not cover machine breakdown. The service provider will insure the equipment corresponding to the risk of machine breakage
