The purpose of this consultation is to conclude a contract for the maintenance of the 2 football fields of the Town of Wasquehal, representing a total area of 14,673 square metres:

- Lucien Montagne site representing approximately 7,848 square meters of mowing.

- Léo Lagrange site representing approximately 6,825 square meters of mowing.

the contract to be concluded within the framework of this consultation takes the form of a mixed contract treated at an annual flat-rate overall price for continuous and recurring performance services, and treated at a unit price for exceptional services ordered when the need arises, by issuing purchase orders, pursuant to Articles L2125-1.1 ° and R2162-1 to -14 of the Public Order Code (CPC), without a minimum amount and with a maximum annual threshold expressed in value. It is therefore treated at a fixed price and a unit price.
