Following the acquisition of the "Le Malraux" building by Eau de Paris with a view to setting up its new head office, Eau de Paris wishes to undertake the energy renovation and interior design of the building as part of a global performance contract. The contractual format chosen for this operation is the Global Public Performance Contract (GPSP), in a two-round competitive dialogue procedure. The Operation incorporates performance commitments (energy, comfort, air quality?). The Group is entrusted with the design and execution of the works, the multi-technical operation and maintenance of the buildings, as well as a mission to raise awareness among the various occupants. The global performance contract includes services:- design- works- operation maintenance (Operation maintenance P2, Large Maintenance Renewal P3 and awareness of occupants and agents on site)
