The subject of the contract is: purchase and delivery of meat and sausages in 2023:

Part of the order No. 1 – Red meat and sausages (45 assortment items);

Part of order no. 2 – Meat and sausages from poultry (23 assortment items).

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1, 2a and 5 to the SWZ.

The order will be executed using the right of option. The option consists in repeating the same assortment for the maximum quantities specified in the SWZ. The Ordering Party informs that if the minimum quantity is equal to the maximum quantity, it means that the right of option does not apply to a given assortment item.

Deliveries for minimum and maximum quantities will be carried out in accordance with the offered variant of deliveries to warehouses indicated in the description of the subject of the contract.
