The subject of the order is the supply of electricity for the Słupsk Purchasing Group in the period from January 1 to December 31, 2013

The subject of the order is the supply of electricity in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law of 10.4.1997 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2019, item 755, as amended) for the purposes of the municipalities and their organizational units listed below:

2. The commune of the City of Ustka, ul. Card. Wyszyńskiego 3, 76-270 Ustka, POLAND and other entities belonging to the purchasing group:

The total estimated electricity consumption [MWh] for the period January 1, 2013 - December 31, 22 is 22,177.421 MWh.

The material scope of the subject of the contract is specified in the detailed description of the subject of the contract (Annex 1 to the ToR), containing the location and description of the electricity consumption points and the contract template (Annex 3 to the ToR) together with Annex 1 (list of electricity consumption points covered by the contract) and No. 2 (power of attorney), constituting an integral part of this ToR.

This order does not include electricity distribution services.
