With the tender, the basic services for object planning of buildings in accordance with § 34 HOAI for service phases 1 to 4 (optional LP 5-9) are awarded.

The City of Leipzig, represented by the Office for Building Management (AG client), is planning the partial renovation of the Vocational School Center 7 at Querbreite 8 in Leipzig. The school centre consists of an existing building built in prefabricated construction. This building is to be renovated in terms of energy efficiency and technical equipment (plant group 1).

The costs of KG 300 + 400 for the construction project amount to approx. 2.6 million euros gross.

With this publication, interested planning offices are asked to apply for the execution of the services for object planning of buildings and interiors in accordance with Section 1 Part 3 HOAI.
