The range concerns photo equipment, understood as cameras and accessories. The tender is conducted as a joint tendering procedure between the Ministry of Defense Material and Purchasing Agency (FMI) and the National Police, both of which use photo equipment for different types of documentation in daily operations. The winner is awarded 2 framework agreements, 1 with the FMI as the contracting authority and 1 with the National Police as the contracting authority. In terms of content, the framework agreements are almost identical, with few exceptions the differences appear in clause. II.2.4)
The framework agreement includes point-and-shoot cameras, compact cameras and action cameras. Requirements for the benefit are set out in the requirements specification, appendix A.
The users using this type of photo equipment have limited knowledge and experience in photography.
The two framework agreements differ in the following areas:
- Pkt. 4) NATO codification;
- Pkt. 5) Ordering procedure and delivery terms,
- Pkt. 6.1) Billing.
