The work governed by these special specifications shall be carried out on the

commune of Tinlot, and have for purpose:

 To continue the Tihange-Strée-Tinlot link between the Saint-Vitu roundabout

(roundabout not included) and the heart of the city of Tinlot;

 To secure and streamline mobility by removing the bridge over the N63 and making it more fluid

replacing with a roundabout;

 To streamline mobility between the N63 and the municipality of Tinlot, by adding a

roundabout at the "Levooz" junction;

 To streamline the overall mobility of the region, by creating a carpooling and stop car park for the "Marche-en-Famenne-Liège" rapid bus at the intersection of the N63 and N66.
