The subject of the contract is property insurance, third party liability and motor insurance SP ZOZ.

The order is divided into 3 parts. The individual parts cover the following types of insurance:

Lot 01 of the order:

(a) Property insurance against all risks (CPV 66515400-7, CPV 66515000-3).

Lot 02 orders:

(a) Mandatory liability insurance of a medicinal entity (CPV 66516000-0),

(b) Voluntary liability insurance of a medicinal entity (CPV 66516000-0),

(c) Voluntary liability insurance for damages caused to a third party in connection with the activities and possession of property (CPV 66516000-0).

Lot 03 orders:

(a) Mandatory liability insurance of motor vehicle holders (CPV 66516100-1),

(b) Insurance against accidents arising in connection with the use of motor vehicles (CPV 66512100-3),

(c) Autocasco Insurance (CPV 66514110-0),

The subject of part 01 of the order is property insurance against all risks.

The subject of part 02 of the contract is civil liability insurance in the following scope:

(a) Compulsory liability insurance of a medical entity,

(b) Voluntary liability insurance of the treatment entity,

(c) Voluntary liability insurance for damage caused to a third party in connection with the business and possession of property.

The subject of part 03 of the contract is motor insurance in the following scope:

(a) Compulsory insurance against civil liability of motor vehicle owners,

(b) Insurance of accidents arising in connection with the use of motor vehicles,

(c) Autocasco insurance.
