Regulatory monitoring and maintenance of compliance of hydraulic accumulators and associated services
The center of the Directorate General of Armaments – Aeronautical Techniques (hereinafter "DGA-TA") operates different means of structural testing using hydraulic pressure generation installations.
These installations are composed of network means (so-called fixed power plants) and mobile means (power plant, pumps, accumulators, exchangers, etc.). Maintaining these facilities in operational condition requires preventive, corrective and evolutionary maintenance operations.

This draft contract is subject to the procedure with negotiation in accordance with the provisions of Articles L 2324-1, L 2324-3, R 2324-1, R 2324-3, R 2361-1, R 2361-8 to R 2361-12 of the Public Procurement Code.

Apply to Articles R 2362-1 to R 2362-8 of the Public Procurement Code, this is a composite framework agreement comprising subsequent contracts, purchase orders and a firm share.
