The framework agreement will be executed through the issuance of purchase orders. Each batch will be assigned separately. The objectives of the Framework Agreement are:

- the identification and location of materials and products containing asbestos incorporated in the building and likely to release asbestos fibers in the event of mechanical attack resulting from normal operation of the premises (shocks and friction) or service and maintenance operations. The result of the mission is the establishment of a state of the presence of asbestos and (or) location report (s);

- identification and location of supports and coatings containing lead;

— the provision of ancillary services relating to the management of asbestos and lead risks.
