The contract covers the following services: accounting and financial audit relating to the detailed analysis of the operating accounts and monitoring of financial compensation for maritime DSP agreements between the port of Marseille and the ports of Corsica from 1.10.19 at 12.31.20.

Agreements between the Territorial Collectivity of Corsica, the Corsica Transport Office and the shipping companies have been signed respectively:

- for Corsica Linea, for the periods from 1.10.2019 to 31 December 2020 for the ports of Bastia, Ajaccio and Île Rousse on the one hand and from 1.10.2019 to 31.1.2020 for the port of Porto Vecchio d ' somewhere else;

- for the South, for the periods from 1.10.2019 to 31.1.2020 for the port of Propriano; from 1.1.2020 to April 30 and from 1.5.2020 to 31.12.2020 for the ports of Porto Vecchio and Propriano.
