1. The subject of the contract is the service of collection and further management of waste:

Task I: waste collection and follow-up service code 19 12 10 in the amount of approx. 2 000 Mg

Task II: waste collection and management service with code 20 03 07 – bulky waste in the amount of approx. 1 500 Mg.

2. The place of waste generation is the WASTE MANAGEMENT Plant BESKID ŻYWIEC Sp. z o.o. in Żywiec at 2 Kabaty Street, while the place of waste management is an installation for the management of waste covered by the subject of the contract, which is at the disposal of the Contractor.

3. The subject of the contract also includes the service of transporting the above-mentioned waste to the installation at the disposal of the Contractor.

4.Transport will take place in a vehicle of the type "movable floor", "curtain" or container set with a loading capacity of approx. 20-24 Mg.

TASK and – service of collection and further management of waste with code 19 12 10.

1) The subject of the contract is the service of collection and further management of material for the production of alternative fuel with code 19 12 10 – combustible waste (alternative fuel) in the amount of approx. 2 000 Mg. The offered method of waste management must comply with the applicable law and recovery processes specified in Annex 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. DZ. U.2021 item 779 from later. died.).

2)For the production of alternative fuel material, unsegregated municipal waste (code 20 03 01) and mixed packaging waste (code 15 01 06) and plastic packaging waste (code 15 01 02) are used. The composition of waste consists primarily of plastic waste – m.in PE, PP and waste from paper and cardboard. The material for the production of alternative fuel will be in a compressed form, tied with steel wire. The dimensions of the bale of compressed waste are approximately: 80 x 100 x 150 cm. The average weight of one bale of waste is about 350 kg. The quality parameters of waste are:

calorific value > 13 000 J/g, sulphur content < 1 %.

TASK II — Waste collection and management service code 20 03 07 — Bulky waste'.

1) The subject of the contract is the waste collection and management service with code 20 03 07 – large-size waste in the amount of approx. 1 500 Mg. Large-size waste – it should be understood as furniture and other large-size waste (e.g. wardrobes, sofa beds, kitchen cabinets, chairs, armchairs, mattresses, carpets, skis, etc.) from household equipment. The offered method of waste management must comply with the applicable law and processing processes specified in Annex 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. DZ. U.2021, item 779).
