The façade and roof of the building are listed in the Supplementary Inventory of Historical Monuments (Ismh).
The project management mission is broken down into 2 tranches.
The project management will include at least the following skills:
- a DPLG architect, representative of the group
- one or more technical design offices covering the following skills:
* structure in building rehabilitation
* fluids and electricity strong and weak currents, computer networks, lighting
* environmental quality in the fields of eco-management of energy, acoustic comfort
* construction economist
* Ssi Coordinator
- a person or firm in charge of the management of the works (Det phase) with experience in this field

- the firm tranche (Tf) concerns, on the basis of the elements of the diagnostic, vocation and programming study aimed at rehabilitating and reconverting the u4 Compressors building (Atelier KAPAA - November 2018), the rehabilitation of the covered enclosure of the building. Estimated cost of work at 1,500,000 euros (excluding TAX). Overall duration of the TF: 19 months excluding Gpa
- optional section (To): Interior rehabilitation work on 2 levels (ground floor and n+1) with accessibility of the basement of the Compressors building at the U4 Blast Furnace Park in Uckange. The work consists of creating interior spaces to accommodate a company specializing in Research. Estimated cost of work at 2,750,000 euros (excluding TAX). Overall duration of the TO: 16 months excluding surrogacy
