The possibility of a possible device call including hardware expansions and the required support level must be guaranteed until the end of the contract. Negotiations on prices or services are not possible.

The contractual basis of this order is a framework agreement with additional validity of the EVB IT purchase, EVB IT service and the EVB IT maintenance contract conditions. The contract begins immediately after the knockdown and ends on August 13, 2023. The warranty for new HSM components begins on the day of delivery.
