This offer includes relocation services related to the rehousing of the occupants of the other townhouses during the mold redevelopment in Stage 2. The final number of townhouses between 84 and 96 to be mold sanitized, and thus will be concluded as part of the contract, will be determined by contract conclusion. Terms of the contract sum and the determination of the final number of townhouses are set out in the tender material.

The move must be done in clusters, and includes, among other things, unpacking items, relocating inventory, and inhabiting for rehousing or moving into storage.

It is important for Bodggården that the moving company has an understanding that the Sævnen is a general house building and that this is a case that has been going on for many years. It is therefore a success criterion that the Reign's residents and administration have a good overall experience of the relocation and warehousing of their belongings.

The contract is not divided as it is assessed that a breakdown will be associated with excessive costs for Bomgården.
