NAV invites tenderers to an open tender competition for lying wagons and bicycle trailers for sport and activity for the disabled. The tender will include products, accessories, spare parts and services. The contest will be divided into two items (individual competitions) where the tenderers can choose to submit a tender offer on one or both items.

Contracts will be signed for each item with a sufficient number of tenderers to cover the majority of the users' needs and to achieve the procurement's aims. Therefore, there can be variations between the items regarding whether a framework agreement will be signed with one tenderer, or whether a parallel framework agreement will be signed.

The products included in this competition will primarily be classified in accordance with NS-EN ISO 9999:2011:

24 36 15 Trailers for bicycles.
