Aalborg Forsyning ved Nordjyllandsværket A/S offers a framework agreement for the supply of technical ammonia for use in the plant's smoke cleaning. The tender for this Framework Agreement shall be conducted as an open procedure in accordance with Article 45 of the Utilities Directive.

Please note that the Ordering Entity is NOT obliged to purchase the Framework Agreement.

Nordjyllandsværket A/S needs to supply technical ammonia for use in the plant's smoke cleaning. The framework agreement is concluded with Nordjyllandsværket A/S as framework agreement holder. Contract management and administration of the Framework Agreement are handled by the Client.

The framework agreement is defined on the basis of the Customer's needs and requirements for the supply of technical ammonia. The contracting entity needs technical ammonia delivered liquid full loads in bulk. It must be possible to pump in the ammonia by pump. Pump is provided by the Supplier. The contracting entity's total consumption in the areas tendered is expected to amount to approximately 850 tonnes per year, based on normal operations. However, consumption will be higher during the winter season. The stated expected volume is based on historical data, as well as future expectations for the operation and use of coal. The demand may vary according to the season and planned and unforeseen stops, whereby the Ordering Entity is not obliged to purchase a fixed quantity, but only to purchase the current quantity. The Contracting Entity wants one Supplier on the Framework Agreement. The Supplier will be the sole supplier of ammonia in relation to the Customer's current needs.
