ROSTOCK PORT GmbH is the operator of the seaport. For the buildings of ROSTOCK PORT GmbH, maintenance and basic cleaning as well as glass and frame cleaning services are to be carried out.

The allocation takes place according to lots. Tenders may be submitted separately for one lot or for both lots.

Lots shall be deemed to be for the maintenance and basic cleaning of the buildings of ROSTOCK PORT GmbH (Lot 1) and for the glass and frame cleaning services of the buildings of ROSTOCK PORT GmbH (Lot 2).
