The public contract is a framework agreement which fixes all the contractual stipulations. It is carried out as and when order forms are issued under the conditions set out in articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public order code. The framework agreement is concluded with a minimum and a maximum expressed in quantity within the meaning of article R. 2162-4 1º of the public order code. The public market is processed at unit prices set in the Unit Price Schedule (BPU) for the lot concerned.
This is an allotted market - number of lots 21All the supplies that can be ordered are described in the Special technical clauses (CCTP) and in its appendix 1: catalog of requirements.
The estimated quantities of the public market are described in Annex 1 of the CCTP (catalog of requirements). These quantities have no contractual value. They are only used for the analysis of offers. The estimated amounts per lot are indicated in the consultation regulations.
