The contract involves the following:

- Work clothing

- Work shoes

- Protective clothing

- Protective shoes

- Protective equipment

- Various associated products

The contracting authority wants to enter into a net fixed-price agreement for the standardised selection of articles that are specified in the list of products in the tender form sheet 1 - Price sheet. Discounted prices for the supplier's other assortment within the product categories are also requested, cf. the tender form, tab 2 - Discounted products

The units make ongoing orders. Some of the larger units have two main orders for occupational clothing per annum; autumn and spring.

The contracting authority expects the standardised assortment to be reliable products that the Supplier has in stock and that there will be as few product changes as possible during the contract period.

It is expected that the products in the price sheet cover the contracting authority's basic need. However, some additions must be expected during the agreement period, cf. also the contract's points regarding changes in the product assortment.

The contracting authority expects close cooperation with the supplier in the contract period in relation to maintaining a vivid product range. We request that the supplier presents new products to the competition selection, possibly presents alternative products to what was included in the agreement at the time of the conclusion of the agreement.
