The municipality of Belm is planning to expand and rebuild the Belm secondary school (“Johannes Vincke School”).

The subject matter of this award procedure is the joinery work required for the first construction phase ("extension of the secondary school") as well as work on the installation of interior doors.

The execution of the above-mentioned services for the first construction phase is planned for the period 30 week 2023 to 22 week 2024.

The joinery work planned for the second construction phase ("conversion of the secondary school") and work for interior doors will be awarded at a later date in a separate award procedure.

The new building consists of:

ground floor = level 0

1st floor = level 1

2nd upper floor = level 2

with various rooms, for example:

- Level 0: classrooms, canteen, cleaning supplies, toilets, technical rooms, stairs, elevator

- Level 1: classrooms, stairs, lift, technology, cleaning supplies

- Level 2: classrooms, stairs, lift, technology, cleaning supplies

Level 1 approx. 1,396m2

Level 2 approx. 716m2

Total: approx. 3,408 m2
