1.The object of the order is: purchase with delivery to the office of the Contracting Authority of motor fuels:
(a) unleaded gasoline 95 (CN codes: 2710 12 45, 2710 12 49) in quantities up to 220 000 l.
Supply of gasoline complying with the requirements laid down in the standard PN-EN 228 and the current Act of 25 August 2006 on the monitoring and control system of fuel quality (i.e., OJ 2019 item 660), the current Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on requirements qualitative for liquid fuels.
(b) diesel (CN codes: 2710 19 43, 2710 20 11) in quantities up to 1,000,000 l.
Supply of diesel fuel complying with the requirements laid down in standard PN-EN 590 and the current Act of 25 August 2006 on the monitoring and control system of fuel quality (i.e., OJ 2019 item 660), of the current Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels.
The remaining scope is determined by Chapter 5 SWZ.

2. The Contracting Authority has 3 underground tanks of capacity:
1) 10,000 l — unleaded gasoline 95
2) 20,000 L — diesel
3) 30,000 L — diesel
3. A single supply of diesel will be approximately 20,000 l- an average of 4 times per month.
4. Disposable delivery of unleaded gasoline will be approximately 5,000 l — an average of 4 times a month.
5. Detailed method of execution of the object of the contract is included in the draft contract (Division No II SIWZ).

7. The Contracting Authority has a liquid-fuel trading concession issued by the President of the Energy Regulatory Authority for the period from 26.05.2015 to 31.12.2030.
8. The Contracting Authority shall not trade in liquid fuels with foreign countries.
