According to the Minimum Wage Act, the Minimum Wage Commission is responsible for the regular adjustment and ongoing evaluation of the statutory minimum wage. Therefore, the Minimum Wage Commission intends to commission a number of studies in the run-up to its fourth report, which is to be submitted by June 2023. This also includes the present call for tenders. The aim is to shed light on the effects of the minimum wage increase to 12 euros on the affected companies and to examine their planned and already implemented reactions.
