The subject of the contract is the planning services of the object planning of traffic facilities (§§ 45 ff. HOAI).
Initially, the client only commissions work phases 1 to 3 for all three construction phases in accordance with HOAI and reserves the right to continue to commission the other work phases individually or as a whole as well as construction phase by construction phase. There is no entitlement to further commissioning, nor can other contractual obligations arise for the client as a result. In the event of a call-off, the contractor is obliged to provide the services, if applicable. also in stages or in detail or as a whole.
Work phase 4 will only be commissioned if approval planning is required. Work phase 7 is omitted.
The city of Osnabrück intends to implement the basic road renewal of Mindener Straße, including the ancillary areas (bicycles/sidewalks), in 2025. There are 3 planned construction phases in asphalt and pavement construction. The project is divided into three construction phases:

With the expansion of Mindener Straße, the entire cross-section is associated with the purchase of additional land, some of which is required. The creation of the necessary conditions is already being worked on by the city of Osnabrück.
