The subject of the contract is: Collection, transport and management of municipal waste from owners of real estate located in the Zawadzkie commune in the period from April 1, 2023 to December 31, 2024. The subject of the contract is the service of collection, transport and management of municipal waste from owners of real estate located in the Zawadzkie commune in the period from April 1, 2023 to December 31, 2024 consisting in the collection, transport and management of municipal waste selectively collected or transferred to PSZOK by owners of real estate located in the Zawadzkie commune in the period from April 1, 2023 to December 31, 2024 or transferred to PSZOK from the date of its launch, if this date falls after April 1, 2023. The contracting authority allows submission of partial bids divided into two lots.

The subject of the contract is the service of collection, transport and management of municipal waste from owners of real estate located in the Zawadzkie commune in the period from April 1, 2023 to December 31, 2024 consisting in the collection, transport and management of municipal waste selectively collected or transferred to PSZOK by owners of real estate located in the Zawadzkie commune in the period from April 1, 2023 to December 31, 2024 or transferred to PSZOK from the date of its launch, if this date falls after April 1, 2023. The contracting authority allows submission of partial bids divided into two lots, as follows: Part 1 of the contract: "Collection, transport and management of municipal waste directly from the owners of real estate located in the municipality of Zawadzkie", Part 2 of the contract: "Collection and management of municipal waste accepted at the Point of Selective Collection of Municipal Waste". A detailed description of the subject of the contract is described in Annex 1 to the SWZ and constitutes its integral part. All requirements specified in the documents indicated above are minimum requirements, and their fulfillment is obligatory. Failure to meet the above-mentioned minimum requirements will result in the rejection of the tender as inconsistent with the terms of the contract pursuant to Article 226(1)(5) of the PPL.
