Windesheim wants to enter into an agreement with one contractor for the execution of the maintenance of the UPSs, the cooling, extinguishing gas installations and emergency power generators. The agreement has an initial duration of four (4) years with the possibility to extend it three times (3) by two (2) years. The contract shall be awarded to the Tenderer with the Most Economically Advantageous Tender on the basis of the award criterion of best value for money. The intended start date of the assignment is 01-01-2023.
