The subject of the contract is the provision of the service of collection, transport and collection and/or management of waste from the Municipal Waste Utilization Plant in Hryniewicze (hereinafter: ZUOK in Hryniewicze) classified in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 2 January 2020 on the waste catalog (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 10) as waste with the code 19 12 12 - other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those listed in 19 12 11 in the total amount of 6000 Mg (in the basic order and in the option in two parts of the contract) in one of the recovery processes: R1, R3, R5 or R12 in accordance with Annex 1 to the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699, as amended). Waste is a high-calorific fraction produced in ZUOK in Hryniewicze with a size exceeding 80 mm in the processes of mechanical treatment of municipal waste.

The subject of the contract in part 1 is the provision of a service of collection, transport and collection and/or management of waste with the code 19 12 12 from ZUOK in Hryniewicze classified in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 2 January 2020 on the waste catalog (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 10) as waste with the code 19 12 12 - other wastes (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those listed in 19 12 11 - calorific fraction produced in the process of mechanical treatment of municipal waste with a size above 80 mm, resulting in a calorific fraction of more than 80 mm in the amount of 2000 Mg (basic order).

The subject of the contract in part 2 is the provision of a service of collection, transport and collection and/or management of waste with the code 19 12 12 from ZUOK in Hryniewicze classified in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 2 January 2020 on the waste catalog (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 10) as waste with the code 19 12 12 - other wastes (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those listed in 19 12 11 - calorific fraction produced in the process of mechanical treatment of municipal waste with a size above 80 mm, resulting in a calorific fraction of more than 80 mm in the amount of 2000 Mg (basic order).
