It consists of 1 firm tranche and 4 optional tranches as defined in the consultation documents. The contracting authority decided not to launch the consultation in separate lots for the following reasons: by its nature, the service does not allow the identification of distinct services. In addition, the devolution into separate lots would make it technically difficult to perform the services. The incumbent will have to provide a multidisciplinary team that will have to demonstrate proven skills. The skills sought for the animation of such an Opah are defined in Article 2.2 of the consultation regulations
