1. The subject matter of this contract is the successive supply of human medicine medicines

to the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn.

2. Detailed specification of the object of the order is contained in the document,, the form description of the item of the order/price form” - Annex No. 1 to SWZ, which is at the same time a price form.

3. The Contracting Authority shall allow the submission of equivalent tenders in accordance with Article 99 (5) of the Pzp, however, the requirements and technical parameters specified by the contracting authority shall be the minimum conditions that the contracting authority will expect to meet. The Contractor who invokes equivalent solutions shall demonstrate that the solution offered by him meets the requirements laid down by the contracting authority.

In this case, the contractor shall attach to the offer a list of equivalent solutions in accordance with its description or standards.
