1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services to the Contracting Authority for the protection of persons and property of the ICE Krakow Congress Centre, 17 Maria Konopnicka Street, 30-302 Krakow, together with the external area and parking within 17 August 2021 to 31 December 2022. For a detailed description of the item of the order, see Annex 1 to the SWZ.

2. In the absence of the conclusion of the contract until 16.8.2021 inclusive, the order will be executed from the following day of conclusion of the contract until 31 December 2021, with a proportionate reduction of the Contractor's remuneration for the period of non-performance of the contract in relation to the value of the remuneration indicated in offer.
