The subject of the contract is services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 (1) point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021 item 1275 as late as “Forests Act”) covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, Tourist development of the forest, maintenance of forest facilities, harvesting and breaking timber, to be carried out in the Osusznica Forest District in the year 2022.
The proceedings shall be carried out in an unrestricted tender procedure pursuant to Article 129 (1) (1) of the
Article 129 (2) and Articles 132-139 of the Law of 11 September 2019. Law of Public Procurement and Acts
implementing the PZP, in accordance with the rules laid down for classical procurement with a value equal to or
exceeding EU thresholds.
The proceedings shall be carried out in accordance with the rules laid down for the so-called 'reverse procedure', on which
referred to in Article 139 (1), 3 to (4) of the PZP.
Package I — Forestry Bukowa GóraThe subject of the contract is services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 (1) point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021 item 1275 as late as “Forests Act”) covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, Tourist development of the forest, maintenance of forest facilities, harvesting and breaking timber, to be carried out in the Osusznica Forest District in the year 2022.
The Contracting Authority in accordance with Article 95 of the PZP requires employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of
the working relationship of persons performing procurement activities involving the acquisition and
spurt of wood raw material, if the performance of these activities consists in carrying out the work as specified
Article 22 (1) of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (text: Journal of Laws of 2020 item 1320 as of late.
