The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of collection and management of municipal waste from the owners of real estate residing in the municipality of Goczałkowice-Zdrój and the collection and management of municipal waste collected during cleaning works from the goczałkowice-Zdrój commune and services related to the liquidation of wild landfills. The detailed scope of services is described in the service specification – Annex 1 to the Terms of Reference.

The subject of the contract is the provision of municipal waste collection and management services from property owners residing in the Goczałkowice-Zdrój commune and the collection and management of waste collected during cleaning works from the Goczałkowice-Zdrój commune and services related to the liquidation of wild landfills. The scope of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste provided by the owners of real estate located in the municipality of Goczałkowice-Zdrój, where residents live, in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and reducing the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfill, collection and management of waste collected during cleaning works from the area of the Goczałkowice-Zdrój commune and services related to the liquidation of wild landfills. Equipping real estate on which residents live with containers or bags for waste. The Contractor is obliged to develop a detailed schedule for the collection of municipal waste, organization and operation of a selective collection point for municipal waste from residents of the Goczałkowice-Zdrój Municipality. The detailed scope of the service is specified in Annex 1 to the Terms of Reference – description of the subject of the contract. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or subcontractor to employ persons performing activities in the scope of contract performance constituting: — service of specialized vehicles intended for waste collection. During the performance of the contract, the Ordering Party is entitled to perform control activities towards the Contractor regarding the fulfillment by the Contractor or subcontractor of the requirement to employ persons performing the above-mentioned activities on the basis of an employment contract. The Ordering Party is entitled in particular to: a) request statements and documents in the scope of confirming compliance with the above-mentioned requirements and assessing them; b) request explanations in case of doubt regarding the confirmation of compliance with the above-mentioned requirements; (c) carry out on-the-spot checks. Environmental aspect The Contracting Authority has provided for the ecological nature of the contract in one of the criteria for the evaluation of tenders under the name "Environmental aspect", which will be considered on the basis of the declared number of vehicles meeting the "Euro V" emission standard or higher, provided by the Contractor in the offer form.
