4) Quality standards relating to all relevant characteristics of the subject of the contract are determined by Decision No 19 of the Director-General of State Forests of 17 March 2021, as amended by Decision No 101 of the Director General of State Forests of 16 September 2021 and as amended by Decision No 112 Director-General of State Forests of 04 October 2021 on the introduction into application of the 'Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works' in the organizational units of State Forests and regional quality standards defined by Decision No 16/2021 of the Regional Director Directorate of State Forests in Gdańsk of 07 June 2021, as amended by Decision No 37/2021 of the Director of Regional Directorate of State Forests in Gdańsk of 09 July 2021. A detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of particular forestry works (activities) defined from that decision included in the subject of the contract formed the basis for the determination of quality requirements relating to the elements consisting of the subject of the contract contained in Annex 4 to the SWZ (Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works).

5. Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Annex 4 to SWZ.

6. A description of the principles of the procedure for receiving forestry works is set out in Annex 4 to SWZ.
