1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of vaccines to the clinic at 56 Kleczewska Street in Warsaw.

1. The order is divided into 25 lots. A detailed list and description of parts is attached as Annex 1 – Assortment and price form

2. The contractor may submit a tender for any number of lots.
